Suggest Treatment For Small Inguinal Hernia
I have a small inguinial hernia discovered through a ultrasound I don t feel or see it and was told not to let anybody touch it cause its small I m 20 years olds and lift weights and I plumb for a living would it benefit me more at my age to correct it now

This hernia can be alright if you try sincerely.
1, Avoid heavy weight lifting,
2, avoid constipation and cough reflex,
3, do abdominal recti exercises daily, morning and evening.
4, Take high nourishing protein diet.
