Hello there , can i ask you a question ..? Recently i have started having itches down between my thighs and today i have notice some lumpy bumps growing there and i don t know what, why and how comes and the itches are getting really bad to a point i have to scratch every five minute and i cannot stop .. I m 18 years of age . yes i m sexually active but i have only had sex twice with protection so i m puzzle right now and i need your help to tell me what is wrong so i can know what to do from this point

According to your history there are 2 possibilities: one is intertrigo which is inflammation of the body folds and the other is fungal infection.The diagnosis of fungal infection can be made by doing skin scraping for fungus. In either of the condition you have to keep this area as dry as possible, be in cool airy environment, wear cotton underwear, avoid sharing of soaps and towel. The rest of the treatment depends on the final diagnosis made after examining you.
