General Surgeon 's  Response
HI. This can be an organized abscess sue to fat in the area and this is subjected to constant movement because of position.
I would advise such a patient to have a clinical examination by a surgeon and get this removed as we will get a histology diagnosis and the disease will also get removed from the body.
BY virtue of its position it may cause complications later on.
