Suggest Treatment For Small Lumps In The Vagina

hi, i have been worying about texture of my vagina - it feels grainy like lots of little lumps and when i stretch the skin there are little white dots. My partner has these white dots on his penis but when he asked a doctor about them he was told they are normal.

My vaginal discharge doesnt smell but it is white and sometimes yellow.

I can get itchyness in the aera too.
