Suggest Treatment For Small Pimples On The Face Of A Child

Hello sir My daughter is 4 years old now....she always gets pimples on her T sone..small pimples on forhead and big pus filled pimples on her nose and eye lids..when evr she gets pus pimple on eye lid we give her antibiotic syrup to clear it. This has happened from almost 8 to 9 times from an year. The big pimples on her nose pains too...i am using sebamed soap for her and we have moved to new place now having too much humidity..pls suggest a skin routine for my daughter to get rid of this permenantly. Thank you

Pimples arenot commonly seen at this age, they may be bacterial folliculitis, commonly known as boils
if lesions present currently, give her
Syrup Cephalexin 1 teaspoon (250 mg/5 ml) four times daily for 7 days
along with that T-bact cream local application on the lesions as well as anterior nares twice daily for the same duration.
