Suggest Treatment For Small Pink Color Bumps On The Penis

I have 3 small pink shiny spots near the head of my penis about the size of a pea in diameter. There is no pain, or itching, it is kot raised, there was a very small fissure a few days ago but it healed and peeled off. It has been a few weeks now and it comes and goes.

If you had unprotected sex - need to rule out sexually transmitted infection. If not, it can be due to bacterial/fungal infection. Local application of antibiotics/antifungal can help you. Share pictures for confirmation.
