Suggest Treatment For Small Rash On The Penis Shaft

I have a red mark 6mm patch on the shaft of my penis. It lightly scabs but this is the second time it has appeared in three weeks. After a bath tonight I washed the light rough skin off and exposed a cut almost. I did have sex 4 weeks ago but used a condom. It did go away but has now reappeared in the same place.

If you used the condom properly we need not worry about STI. It can be due to fungal infection. Share a picture for confirmation. Local application of anti-fungal can help you.
