Suggest Treatment For Small Red Bumps On The Labia Majora
I have 2 red small bumps on my mons pubis, and a few smaller almost unnoticeable, what looks like a rash. I ve had 2 yeast infections and 2 bacterial infections within the last year, which I have been treated for. My STD test came back negative for the herpes virus 4 months ago, but I m wondering if I do have it now. I haven t been sexually active since about 2 months before the last test and these bumps have only been present since about 2 months ago.
I can understand your concern. As you have tested Negative for STDs and haven't been sexually active for 2 months, chances are less that you could have STD. In addition, as you have had bacterial and yeast infections more than once in the past year, this seems like another attack of either bacterial or yeast infection.
I would advise you to go for vaginal swab examination along with blood test (complete blood count). The test result will help to determine if this is a bacterial or fungal infection along with the type of bacteria involved.
I hope this answer helps you. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic. You can ask me follow up questions, if you feel the need.
