Hello,

Small bump on the shaft of the penis is commonly PPP, Pearly penile papules. They don't need to be treated & regress overtime.

If you are sexually active, you are suggested to visit a GP, get STD tests done to rule out genital warts.

You will be treated according to the pathology detected.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
