Suggest Treatment For Small Red Dots On The Penis Shaft

I have a couple of red dots on the head of my penis not itchy they are symmetrical to each other one on each side on the bottom side of the head havnt had any type of sex for about six months they appeared maybe about a month ago they are not bothersome just an eyesore for me and i am afraid to have any sexual relations because that they will be an eyesore for my future partners.. help please theres no discharge or anything

Hi,

It can be balanitis - due to infection or smegma. If there is itching local application of antifungal with steroid will help you if not can use local antibiotic cream.
