Suggest Treatment For Small Red Dots On The Penis

Hi, I have had red spots on penis head and foreskin. They went away after using clotrimazole 1% cream for 3-4 days. Now within a space of 2 days, I again see 2-3 spots on penis. I just missed to dry my penis after washing on 2 days. Any idea on what this could be and what I should do? Thank You!

It could be either due to aggressive intercourse or some fungal infection. You cab start antifungal medications with advice.
