Suggest Treatment For Small Red Spots And Sharp Pain In The Arms

I was just bit by something . ... I was driving and felt a sharp pain on my arm. It felt like something was sinking fangs in me. When I got in the light I saw two bright red dots about 1/4-1/2 inch apart. It was swollen and white around it. I felt the pain of being bit for about 10 minutes or so. Any ideas what this could be from?

Looks like insect/arachnid bite hypersensitivity reaction.
Apply Fucibet cream twice daily locally on the site
Take tab cetrizine 10 mg at bedtime
Tab chymoral forte 3 times before meals for 3 days
The condition should improve significantly with these, in 3 days
Review after 3 days
