Hello, I constanty have red spots inside my butt cheeks (this is a genuine problem) and i dont know how to get rid of them. They arent painful or anything, theyre just there and they are quite raised. The strange thing is, im on antibiotics for my skin anyway and my face is quite clear now but seems not to have helped that area! Can you help?

Hello,

I can understand your concern for the small red spots inside the buttocks. After analyzing the query I can get that you probably have fungal infection condition. As you mentioned that you have the skin condition recurring at buttock region so the best possibility is of fungal infection.
In my patients with your kind of situation I generally prescribe topical antifungal cream such as clotrimazole or Sertaconazole to be applied over the affected area to get best relief. It is also quite important to take antihistamine such as cetrizine or Benadryl for earliest improvement. You can take further guidance from a dermatologist.
All the best.
