Suggest Treatment For Small Red Spots On The Leg

My brother has petechi (sp) like red spots that don t itch on his tip left foot between the arch and the toes leading up toward his ankles. Also raised non itching spots to the sides of his he ll cord. Past history of leukemia. Currently taking Coumadin and wonders if this could be petechi or related to the blog thinners.

Petechie can occur because of blood thinning drugs.Get a platelet count,Bleeding time ,clotting time and prothrombin time done to rule out any underlying cause.Regards
