Suggest Treatment For Small Red Spots On The Penis Shaft

Hi, I have some small red spots on my penis under my foreskin and my penis smells a little funny, I had this once before after unprotected sex but it cleared up pretty quickly on its own, I then had unprotected sex with a girl a week back who said she was clean and I had no problems the following week we had sex again unprotected and I gained these symptoms, can anyone please advise?
