Suggest Treatment For Small Red Spots On The Pubic Area

my vulva and close inner legs of my vagina are covered in small red spots. my labia has always hanged out of my vaginal lips but it has now gone red and swelled up with a small white ball poking half in and half out inside it. the rest of my vagina is just extremely irritated and red it is causing me a lot of pain. my vaginal discharge is not normal. it is white, red and extremely heavy.
