Suggest Treatment For Small Sore Bumps On The Rectum

I really don t know if I m in the right place, not exactly what I should be asking but here s my problem; I recently developed what I believe are skin tags and small sore bumps on the outside of my rectum. These on their own are painful however the real problem is when having a bowel movement, these (or the area around them) tear causing bleeding. I guess I m wondering if you ve heard of this before, and is there something I can do at home to help prevent infection and maybe help reduce whatever this is as well as preventing the tearing? I know I asking a lot but I really don t have many other options as I do not have a family doctor. If you need more clarification or this doesn t make sense please let me know.
