Dermatologist 's  Response
hello, hypopigmented spots on the area mentioned can be pityriasis versicolor, for which a KOH mount will confirm the diagnosis. The condition is common, asymptomatic and treatable with antifungals
Do ask your dermatologist for the same.
Thanks
Take care.
