Suggest Treatment For Small White Spots On The Upper Chest Area

Hi. I have a lot of serious health issues but I am stumped with a new symptom. I started getting small white spots spreading all over my upper chest area. They don t itch or hurt and they are not dry. It just looks like small white spots. I am curious if it could be a symptom of anything?

Hi!! Small white spots on the upper chest can be due to pityriasis versicolor which is a superficial fungal infection or due to vitiligo. You can get it confirmed by undergoing skin scraping in KOH and wood's lamp examination.
