Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
It is likely you are suffering from bacterial vaginosis. Bacterial vaginosis is not known to be sexually transmitted but occurs more in women with multiple sexual partners.
Foul smell is a common symptom and in most cases worsens after sexual intercourse.
Bacterial vaginosis is diagnosed by doing a pelvic examination and sending samples from the vagina to the laboratory for examination. Bacterial vaginosis does not cause serious health hazards in women. Douching is a common predisposing factor for bacterial vaginosis.
Consult a doctor and do vaginal sample testing. Some antibiotics including metronidazole would be needed.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
