Suggest Treatment For Sneezing And Runny Nose With Body Pain

i have been taking avil 25 since 20 years only when i get severe sneezing and watering of the nose but that happened quite frequently.when under attack of sneezing i would take thrice a day,but recently i find my body not responding and have to take avil 50 max twice a day. i find that my sneezing and nose watering is as good as gone but when i stop then after a day again i am sneezing.what should i do .i am 60 years of age ,male havind defecincy of calcium ,vitamin D and b12 for which i take arachitol 6lakhs inj one once ayear cause if i dont i develop severe pain in some bone in my body fo example a year back i had severe pain in my right wrist but after the inj it dissappeared in 48 hours . About 2 months back i had severe pain in my lower back again after the inj it vanished.I also take vitamin b 12 injection once a week for 6 weeks in 1 to 11/2 years.please suggest if any harm in doing so.my wt is 83 kgs and my ht is 5,7".I have no other ailment all my reports are normal
