Suggest Treatment For Sneezing And Stuffy Nose

Hi, I have been sneezing alot, I mean alot, and I have a stuffed up nose, I try to blow my nose but nothing comes out. And this is nasty but my mucus I guess, is really really watery and clear and it just falls out of my nose because it s so so watery. I also have a bad cough, it s really deep and it hurts my chest every time I do cough. I would really appreciate it if I could get some answers or any kind of prescription. Thank you.

Hi,

Based on the symptoms you described, you may have a viral respiratory infection, such as a common cold or flu. These infections can cause symptoms such as sneezing, stuffy nose, coughing, and watery mucus.

To relieve your symptoms, you can try over-the-counter remedies such as antihistamines, decongestants, and cough suppressants. You can also try home remedies such as drinking plenty of fluids, getting rest, and using a humidifier or steam inhalation to help clear your nasal passages.

If your symptoms persist or worsen, it is best to seek medical attention from a healthcare professional. They may be able to prescribe medication to alleviate your symptoms and help you recover more quickly. Additionally, if you have any underlying medical conditions or are taking any medications, it is important to consult with a healthcare professional before taking any new medications or remedies.

If you require a personalized response, kindly use the Ask A Doctor service and post a follow-up. Take care. Hope I have answered your question.

Regards,
