Suggest Treatment For Some Bleeding From Ear While Cleaning

While cleaning my 2 year Olds ear I went to far he cried for a second and there was just a little blood on the tip of the qtip he said he s ok now is this somthin to be concerned about? I took a flashlight to look inside and nothing seems to bleeding elsewhere in there

I understand your concern.
See, probably you have injured the external ear canal while cleaning his ear.
Dont try to clean ear with an ear-bud or q-tip further. It is unscientific and a blind procedure. So there is every chance of injuring the ear canal or even the ear drum.
Anyways, it does not seem like anything serious. But it is not possible to confirm without an examination.
I would suggest you to take him to a physician and get properly checked for safety.
