Suggest Treatment For Sore And Burning Sensation In The Feet

I have really sore feet they sometimes burn. Ache all the time and my calves are also really stiff. Once I have been sitting or lying down I get up and can hardly stand. I wear really good shoes and have a pair of orthotics. I am also having problems with my right groin is all this related?
