Suggest Treatment For Sore And Gritty Eyes
I am suffering from depression and as a result I cry excessively every day. My eyes have been deteriorating over the last two months and recover very slowly between bouts of sleeplessness and crying. They are very gritty, sore and they sting , stressout. how can i protect my retina

It seems from the history that you are having sore and grittiness of eyes.
This will not effect the retina hence no need to worry.
