Suggest Treatment For Sore And Swollen Vagina

I m 27 married with one child, I haven t had sex in the past 48 hrs and I noticed today that I was very sore on the left side of my vagina, it has progressively gotten worse through out the day and I have noticed tonight it hurts to walk and on the left side my labia minor is swollen what is going on I thought that my panty liner had just rubbed my vagina raw but I don t think that s it. And I m 100% sure I don t have a std. I m a busy mom and don t have time for stuff like this to slow my down is there a quick fix or easy answer to what is going on
