Suggest Treatment For Sore And Tender Lump On The Chest Area

Hello doctor, I have an extremley soar and tender lump on my cleavage. It is quite squidy, does not have a head on(so its not a spot, I don t think) rather large, painful, hurts when Ilift up my arms and now im worrying in case it could be serious. Thanks doctor.

See, exactly what that lump is- this cannot be said without a proper history and examination. Tell me about its size shape consistency duration and any associated discharge etc. With these information, I might be able to tell you further. Also get an antibiotic course with tab coamoxyclav 625 thrice daily for 5 days done. If it is because of an infective etiology, it should be better with antibiotics. Otherwise, you can see a general surgeon and a biopsy may be taken if required.
