Suggest Treatment For Sore Bump On Back Of Head

I noticed a sore area on my head left side back upper region. It it very sore and there is a large bump, no injury. There are also a couple of other areas that are sore and there is a bump. I have a swollen lymph node in my neck right under my skull. Any idea what might be going on?
