Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC...

As per your complain it seems that due to injecting metg there has been inflammation of the tongue leading to ulceration and inflammation of Papillae. Over the tongue..
It is due to allergic reaction to meth or side effect of the drug..
You cannot ensure it to happen again as it can happen anytime after you inject again as side effects cannot be controlled by you..
So it is better not to inject it again..
As of now do warm saline gargles..
Gargle with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine..
Take Vitamin B complex supplements..
Suck ice pops..

Hope this helps..

Regards..
