Suggest Treatment For Sore Bumps On Vagina

I am 13 , 5 1 , and weight around 113 pounds. I ve never been to a doctor for a problem like this before and I just want to make sure everything is okay . I have shaving bumps on my vagina and don t know how to get rid of them, and lately it s been a little sore. I am not sexually active I just want a doctors point of view of what s happening.
