Suggest Treatment For Sore Buttock And Lower Back Pain

i am a london cabby and the last couple of weeks i have felt slight niggling pain in my left calf after driving.i play golf quit a lot but havent injured my self.i am hoping that this could not be some form of dvt. what do you think i am 45 and been a cabby for 15 years and have had sore buttock and lower back pain
