Suggest Treatment For Sore Earlobe Caused By Ears Piercing
I had my ears pierced 40 years ago. Every now and then they will get sore. I tried to put an earring in this morning and it hurt so I stopped. Now, my lobe is tender and I a couple of swollen and red areas below my ear. They are tender but don t really hurt unless I mess with them. What should I do?
Hi. Thanks for your query. Read and understood that you had piercing of your ear lobules 40 years back and now they have started to case soreness on messing up with them. This indicates that there is a an allergy to something, most probably fr whatever you are using or there can be an internal allergic factor or there can be a part of the generalized allergic reaction.
I would advise you the following: Stop using all the metals which do not suit you now. Never use them. Secondly take a course of an antihistamine and steroid to suppress the problem.
Use later only those metals that suit you the most.
