Suggest Treatment For Sore Lump On Head And Hair Loss

I have had verry sore lumps on my head...some hair loss.. this started about June 20014. .been to my family Dr. Quote he said I can cut them out....went to a health food store started to takel biotin in February know it may cause head aches.head aches started around April stopped taking biotin..head aches are getting more sivure. .glands ànd lumps notes are sore...emergency Dr said shiny..had the vaccine,second emergence dr said not shingles..follow up with family dr..the pIn gets not sever every dsy..please help me..

Hi,

Your description of the lesion appears to be that of an infective cause like folliculitis or impetigo or infected seborrheic dermatitis. I would advise you to take a course of antibiotic like amoxycillin, which would be needed for all 3 diagnosis mentioned above, after confirming the diagnosis by taking a sample from the lesion for microscopic examination.
