Suggest Treatment For Sore Lymph Nodes

I am a 31 female. I have a feeling at the base of my thoat that feels like something is caught. I aso have a spot at the back of my throat that is sore. My lymph nodes are sore. My doctor thinks there is nothing wrong with me because of my age but precribed me medicine for gerd even though I don't have heart burn. What should I do next. In the mornings I feel fine but as the day goes on is when I start feelin different.

Hi,
First we must know that lymphnodes are not directly get infected but from local sources/regional sources. In your case spot on the throat may be the culprit . the node pain and enlargement are secondary to some infection. We should find out the source and get rid of symptoms. Get a dental opinion also.
Avoid drinking cold/ cold exposure/Chemical exposure.
proper history will be helpful. Consult your physician.
