Suggest Treatment For Sore Muscles And Trouble Focusing After Falling

I am 45 y white female with high blood pressure but controlled well by 10 mg linsinopril, I was in the sun for 2 hours on Sat, I fell forward about 2 hours later while walking outside. I remember starting to fall and then lifting my head off my forearm. I fell in a stretched position with arms extended over my head. I fell forward, face down. Husband describes it like a planked position. I have been extremely sore since the fall and have had trouble focusing. I am not throwing up. No soreness in the abdomen. Soreness is muscular.

You seem to have experienced an episode of loss of consciousness, loss of body balance. History of High blood pressure along with above symptoms and inability to focus suggests of a possible Stroke. Also a fall may lead to intra cranial bleed if there is any injury to head but it's possibilities are less as you are not throwing up.

My advice is it is better to consult a doctor as soon as possible to rule out any possibilities of Stroke.
