Suggest Treatment For Sore Neck And Severe Headache
Hi I woke up yestetday with slight sore neck, back of neck. During the day it got worse, turned into severe headacje at back of head. Felt nauseas, dizzy and had metalic taste in mouth. Happend before. Still have weird taste in mouth and mucles feels sore.

1. Most headache in general practice are ordinary Tension Headaches and need just an analgesic and may be a tranquiliser.
2. Since it has happened before, thus following test must be done:
i. check blood pressure for hypertension
ii. check for sinus tenderness
iii. check with eyesight, blood sugar and if there are any neurological signs then check with C.T. scan and Neurologist's opinion.
