Suggest Treatment For Sore Neck With Stiff Hands After Injury

I went on a theme park ride yesterday and my head got thrown forward, causing my neck muscles to stretch. I pulled my head back again while we were still in motion so not to injure myself more. It did not hurt afterwards (though I was quite shocked) but after sleeping for the night, my neck is very sore (especially when I try to put my chin on my chest) and my fingers on my left hand are very stiff and hard to move. The arms are quite painful too. I also have a slight fizzy sensation around my mouth. I suspect this is whiplash which will pass after a few days but would like to make sure?
