Suggest Treatment For Sore Nipple After Foreplay

I was recently fooling around with my boyfriend and he sucked and but one of my nipples so hard it is sensitive to touch and I can t even sleep some ways because gravity and the pulling on the breast will hurt. What do you suggest to alleviate this pain and allow it to heal faster.
