Suggest Treatment For Sore On Lip Of Vagina

I need help! i noticed yesterday that i have a sore on the lip of my vagina, i have been secreting this white gooey stuff and i have a sore or what looks like a cut between my anus and my vagina. I have been to my gyno last week and i had chlamydia (that obviously hasnt been going away with meds), pleasae help me im scared it might be something other than chlamidia.
