General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

Short answer: Looks lika a black eye, need to consult a doctor

Detailed answer :

Whenever there is an injury to the scalp area blood may get collected there. This blood causes discolouration of skin around the eye. It is called as black eye and will usually disappear after few days. But it is advisable to get it examined by your doctor to rule out any serious head injury.

Hope this helps.

If you have any other queries I'll be happy to help.

Regards,
Dr.Prathap Kumar
