Suggest Treatment For Sore Swollen Bruises In The Foot After A Fall

Hello, I fell down the stairs about two weeks ago. There is a dog gate at the bottom of the stairs and my foot go caught in it as I fell through it. I iced it and it appeared to be ok, but It is still sore, bruised and very swollen. Should I go to a doctor?
