Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Back Pain

Hi, I felt like I was coming down with something on Monday, suffering from neck ache and a sore throat, and very tired. By Monday evening i had some dull pain in my lower back. I had also felt very cold in this same area earlier in the day, despite being at home with 3 layers of clothing. I woke on Tues with severe back pain (lower/mid) in the same area I had felt cold. My back feels as though is is very tense in the same area. Today I have the cold feeling further up my back also, and the neck ache and sore throat still linger. I am taking paracetamol and Ibruprofen but don t really feel much relief to my back.
