Hi,
Sore throat, cough and green phlegm is suggestive of a bacterial lower respiratory tract infection. You may start of with some betadine or chlorhexidine gargle as a home remedy till you meet your doctor. However, kindly schedule an appointment with your GP at the earliest as you will definitely need antibiotics. Leaving this untreated may led to Pneumonia or asthma exacerbation in your case which will put you in lot of difficulty
wishing you a speedy recovery
