Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Difficulty In Speech

Hi, I m 26 and 5-6 weeks pregnant with twins. Last night I woke up not being able to move or talk, it was also to sore to move or talk especially my neck., but I did not see any shadows, hear any strange noises etc. Is this harmful to my unborn babies? Thanks.

Hello,

It may be due to tonsillitis.

For further assessment you may require detailed clinical examination by ENT surgeon.

You may require antibiotics after consultation.

Continue saline or betadine gargles twice a day.

Take hygienic food and water.

Maintain proper hygiene
