Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Ear Infection

My sister has a sore throat, we went to meet a doctor, and he said she s having an ear infection and he gave some antibiotics and advil. She s not fine yet, everything she drinks comes out of her nose, and when she swallows food or drink her ear hurts so bad. After she has eaten something, she gets the urge to vomit it and food comes out with saliva. What should we do?

Hello,

I agree with he doctor that the symptoms seem to be related to an ear infection. I recommend to finish the cycle of antibiotics. I also suggest using painkillers to treat the inflammation. I recommend using electrolyte solution such as Pedialyte to relieve the vomiting.
