Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Headache

Hi, I have a sore throat, headache and body pain only on the right side. Everything is sore on that side. I dont have a fever but I'm exhausted and have no energy what so ever. Is this the flu? I know it is normal symptoms of the flu but weird that its just on the one side.
