Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Light Sensation In The Chest

I have a sore throat feel like i have fur ball. I also have a light sensation in my chest that feels like it suffocates me when I get in the water. Along with this I have a runny nose (not needing a tissue constantly but dampness that does drip occassionally) Concerned as to what is going on as I had cancer 20+ years ago and the gear is always there

which cancer did you suffer? you didn't mention.if it is due to allergents then avoids those. you need to check up as you were a cancer patient.
for runny nose you can use xylometazoline HCL .05% nasal drops 3 drops on ech nostril thrice daily,tab fexofenadin 120 once daily at night for 5 days, for sore throat you can take cap. cefixime 200mg twice daily for 7 days.
