Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems more like bacterial
throat infection and
white spots are pus pockets and you need to take a course of antibiotics like Lecofloxacin, cephelexin or
Azithromycin and anti-inflammatory painkillers like
Naproxen, do warm saline gargles, steam inhalations and avoid chilled and spicy foods.
As you also have
Pericoronitis as the wisdom tooth is located in close vicinity of the throat it can also lead to inflammation of throat and tonsils and cause
sore throat too..
For this you need to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and he can also advise you to get an
x ray done to rule out whether the wisdom tooth is impacted or not.
If it is not impacted once the swelling is reduced by taking antibiotics and painkillers the gum flap is removed by a minor surgical procedure to prevent recurrences..
In case if the wisdom tooth is impacted extraction of the tooth is the treatment indicated..
A of the now the above mentioned antibiotics and painkillers as well as saline gargles will relieve the pericoronitis along with throat infection..
Keep the area between the gum flap and tooth clean to prevent further infection..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards..
