Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Spots Tongue
Hello, I got about 5 little red spots on my tongue, some of them are very sore. I do get a sore throat and clusters of ulcers in my mouth when I am run down (which I have at the moment) - are the spots linked or possibly something else? Thanks (I am 23 / 5 7 / 140 pounds / generally very healthy)
You may be suffering from glossitis along with pharyngitis. Pharyngitis may be viral in origin may cause throat pain in inflammation of taste buds. Glossitis may be due to infection or due to b complex vitamin deficiency. Use salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use B complex vitamin once a day for one week. Use tablet amoxicillin with clavulinic acid 625mg twice a day for one week. If no improvement please consult with your physician / ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
