Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Stringy Discharge From Uvula
I had my gall bladder removed four days ago. Since then I have had a sore throat since, and I have noticed a stringy discharge coming from uvula. I have eaten and drank fluids, however, there seems to be a 1 cm coil hanging down. Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated

As per your clinical history it appears that you are having sore throat due endo tracheal tube insertion during anesthesia .
If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily ,
Plenty of fluids & Vitamin C .
